dear Ice, there is no need to rip DVD at all. the only thing you need is to load the DVD into the drive and copy files from the VIDEO_TS folder one after one without a change. then pack them into the split archives and upload to the hosting servers as you were usually doing with the audio CDs.
the downloaders should to use very nice and free software product ImgBurn to burn the DVD using these files. ad that's all.

BTW i've found on the Web alternative (the earlier, live) rendition of this mass done under the baton of Davitt Moroney, who has found the score MS in French archives, but i've lost the link and don't remember where i've found it...

i don't definitely know. the lossy streamed copy of the BBC broadcast is now spread Web-wide along with the lecture of Davitt Moroney @ Gresham.
i have archived it as 'lossy', though it is stored in 3 different formats (Og-Vorbis OGG, FLAC & WAV). i suppose, that the original souce was in OGG.
anyway it could be taken either from Meeting in Music blog or obtained/uploaded from my modest archive by request.
